The usual contractual arrangements operate with respect to employment that is terminated within 12 months.

The Geotechnical Industries Post Graduate Specialised Award offers employers the opportunity of Fast-tracking those who do not yet have a post graduate award in the subject and for providing a Programme of Structured Training to assist recruitment and retention of staff.
