First Steps is an employment agency, as well as a training provider, and was formed by two experienced geoscientists, together with engineers, to help those wishing either to enter or to progress in geotechnical engineering and its associated disciplines. We are able to assist those with degrees who wish to develop their career in geotechnical engineering as well as those who wish to gain experience in land drilling for geotechnical site investigations, either for a chosen career or as a formative stage in a career in geotechnical engineering.
