First Steps provides a number of services for employers
1. Training of graduate staff (please see Courses and Training).
2. Training for staff without a first degree.
First Steps has considerable experience with the training required for NVQ's, and
similar qualifications, and with staff holding ONC and HNC certificates.
3. Training for individual staff.
Sometimes staff have to be replaced and there is no one to train the replacement:
Firststeps has provided in-house training for these situations.
4. Advertising vacancies.
We are prepared to advertise free of charge notifications of vacancies employers wish to
fill. Please send logo and script in a Word document. .
5. Fixed fees for introduction.
First Steps now offers a fixed fee for introduction of £1000 + VAT for candidates with
less than 12 months experience.
