Cost: The cost of providing an in-house course depends on what is required. If equipment or samples have to be brought to your chosen location then the cost is likely to be higher than just having a course provider being present. As a guide, the cost of an in-house course is usually in the region of £2650 plus VAT per day for up to 12 participants or £3000 plus VAT per day for up to 15 participants, plus expenses for those providing it. Thus an in-house course usually requires you to arrange for numbers of staff to be free to attend. One organisation has joined with others to achieve the advantage provided by numbers.
